Well, unless you have hidden yourself in a closet for a year or so, you have heard of the swine flu. This was to be the flu to end all flu’s. This year’s flu season looks like it could possibly be a bad one with the swine flu adding itself to the list of flu’s’ hitting the worlds populations.

In a recent article, the leaders say the islands of Cuba have now all been infected by American tourists. Even remote islands are not exempt from illnesses. It can only take one very ill person to spread an illness to many more. So if you think you’re hiding yourself on an island to avoid certain illnesses, you may want to make sure nobody else ventures to that island! In other words, more than likely, you may not be safe from certain sicknesses no matter where you go.

Sure, there are possibly some places to go that may help you protect yourself from things like the swine flu. You could always try and stay inside as much as possible. But most of us live in a world that requires us to go from here and there constantly, thus increasing the chances we may end up with the flu or something else.

So be careful out there!
